Refund Policy

We hope you love your Solmate supplements — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Your Right to Cancel
If you’ve changed your mind, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Once you’ve told us you’d like to cancel, you have another 14 days to return the items.
To start a return, email hello@hellosolmate.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Conditions for Returns
Because our products are ingestible health supplements, we can only accept returns on items that are:

Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

Returned within 14 days of delivery
Unfortunately, for hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened products — even if only partially used.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days.
We’ll refund the full cost of the product, plus the standard delivery fee you paid.
If you selected a premium shipping option, we can’t refund the extra cost.
4. Return Shipping
Unless your product is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are your responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we can’t refund items that don’t reach us.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@hellosolmate.com with photos and your order number.
We’ll sort a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
6. Exchanges
We don’t currently offer exchanges.
If you’d like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
